Hello everyone!
I visited Floradise Orchids a couple of months ago and came away from a phal, phrag, milt and a mtssa. And well...it hasn't taken me very long to figure out that orchids are just the coolest plants. As of two days ago I have added a couple more to the clan- a b. david sander and a neof. falcata.
So far it has been a challenge but I haven't killed any yet *knock on wood*. Combined with hot virginia summers and the fact that I do use air con in the house I have learned that intermediate/warm growers are going to be the best fit so the miltonopsis is not too happy unfortunately
I hope that it will not take to long to bridge the gap between allow my plants to survive and encouraging them to thrive!
I'm sure that I'll have plenty of questions and it seems like everyone is so nice here so I have learned a lot just from reading older threads.
