Hi everyone. Just joined the other day. Didn't see this intro thread.

I'm from Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area and have been growing orchids since 1995. I'm trying to learn everything I can about them. It's a growing fascination and great hobby.

Just wanted to say hi; hope you're still around. I have a feeling lots of folks might miss this intro section. Always glad to get to know another orchid person. If you've been growing orchids for more than 10 years, you must have a lot to share with a newbie like me! Speaking as a high and dry Coloradoan, sure must be nice to have those easy growin' orchid conditions down there in Florida!
