Hello from Palm Coast Fl and N Conway NH

Hi everyone. I probably should not have started this hobby but could not resist. We spend 7 months in Fl and the rest in NH. Transporting will be an issue as the plants are too small to leave unattended. The grower from whom I last purchased said that I could leave them in Fl outside once they were larger, but I am not too sure about that. Would love to get together with others in my areas to learn more. So far this has been a great forum.. Is joing the AOS a good idea? I want to learn as much as I can. Laura

I think joining an orchid society is a good idea.

the AOS is regarded as one of the best.

just so we dont get two threads on the same topic regarding the transport of your orchids i have also enclosed the link to the thread

snowbird transport

you also have the chance to learn here on orchidgeeks as well.

We have heaps of awesome members that will help with all your orchid questions.

so what ever questions you have just ask.
no matter how silly the question may seem if you dont ask you will never know.

welcome and happy chatting
