Hi everyone!

Came across this site when researching care tips for my new Phal. It was a housewarming gift given by a friend on Aprils Fools...given my non-green / nature-ish personality, I thought it was a joke too!

However, that has now grown into a mini obsession...especially since the only bud that came with the Phal has now flowered (see my avatar)!

Also bought another Phal today (walked all around London to find these garden centres! I may not have participated in the London Marathon today, but I probably walked it!) with the friend who gave me my original Phal...so I think I may have infected another.

Anyways, just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posts. This forum is a great source of information and has been extremely helpful to me (and no doubt the many many other orchidgeeks that may not have registered).
