Hi everyone,
From France but leave in London. Got the passion for orchids a year ago when bying an orchid to my girlfriend ! A year after I take care of it and have an additional 4 ....

Well now I am going to try to get them a little lamp , so they feel more confi and give me nice flowers !
For that actually I will follow your advice Mike and get a full spectrum tube first ...

d.zaher : I started with one orchid about 6 months ago and I think I have 54 orchids now... Is there something similar to 'methadone' for orchid addiction?, .....I wonder!

Actually with 54 orchids I would have to sleep outside and transform my flat in a green house !

I am hoping to get some more too.. perhaps, a few more Vandas which I can hang from the ceiling and overcome the space problem.

I don't have a sun-room or a green house, d.zaher. I am using a small spare room to have the plants on shelves, floor and stands on rollers. Planning to move them all to the basement this spring/summer.
