| Welcome Nadia - you are in luck - there is a ton of information available about phalaenopsis orchid growing! Of course this forum, books, other internet sights, etc. There are some good culture sheets on the American Orchid Society site - http://www.aos.org/aos/orchids/page01.aspx Two key points - be careful not to overwater (too often) and do not put in bright sunlight - bright INDIRECT light is best. The leaves can take some early morning or late afternoon - but be VERY careful - if the leaves get warm they will burn with not enough air movement to cool them - best to stay out of the sun initially. Enjoy! mike |
