hey there every one yes i'm new here and i am new to growing orchids too. i own two at the moment and i was hopin for some help here but this may take some time cause i need to make 15 posts before i can put a pic up here and i think it is pointless trying to ask for help if you cannt see wat i am talkin 'bout....... so i'll try best i kinda need help pretty quick i think one of my orchids is sick or something and i may need to-do something to it to save it.i just hope i can get some pics up before it dies.....fingers crossed

i will update my profile as soon as i get spare time, anyway i'm from South africa and i get my orchids from a jap guy that sits on the corner of the road about a 2min walk from me, well at least i think he is jap. i own a 'phalaenopsis moth' i think is called and it looks amazing in mid flower as well, will post pics wen i can.....as for my other orchid i have no idea wat it is was hopin someone to maybe tell me wat it is but i guess you'll need a photo for that... anyway.............

sometimes a brief description of the problem can help narrow it down and give you a direction to go to save the little guy. at least help rule some things out, and it will count towards posts as well.

yeah this is true...... i've been trying to but wen i had a look this morning i think i can now post url and pics so i can probly show a few ppl's my situation and i have no dout that ppl will help .......

to be honest i might have just been freakin out, things seem to be better now that the flying bugs are gone and she has dried out, i was blessed with a slight sprinkle of rain water last night but i'm hopein for a bit more today.....last thing i want is it to die from drought........ i think the main problem i have is it may need repotting but i'm gonna start a thread for that with pix....
