Hello to all

I've been looking for a new orchid forum and have come upon this one. I grew orchids of all types many years ago, then got out when I moved to the mountains. But as always I can't resist them anymore and have just started growing again a few months ago. Still trying to get small greenhouse balanced and operating properly. I live about 3400 ft in Maggie Valley, NC. We have ski slopes about 4 miles from the house and they have been making snow for the last several weekends. Some of you may know Maggie Valley as the home of Ghost Town in the Sky. You can see the chair lift from my house and they will reopen in May of 2007, after being closed for several years.

Thanks for your welcome posts. Tried to answer a few hours ago but browser wouldn't work. I do live in a beautiful place and will try to get some pics up for you. Just have a few phals and one Bellera blooming right now. Also just ordered a digital camera which should arrive soon and will try to get some pics for you. Will try to keep in touch as well. Sometimes i mess this thing up as I am new to it, but will remember you as I get better aquainted with the site.
