Cathy's Back!!!

Yesterday, I had a very nice surprise. When I got my mail, I received a small box from Jerry. Inside was a new replacement Den Cathy Beck! It was bare root, so I soaked in worm tea and potted up in small bark.

You're all safe now. No more jinx

Thank you Jerry for such a nice gesture. I'm back in the Den. project.

Post a picture of it! I am so glad that your little Cathy is not jinxed any more! How big is it? I have had mine for almost a week and it still looks the same

Jerry is so great! Yeah!!

It looks good Sharyn! It even has a tiny new growth like mine does. That was really nice of Jerry!

Thanks for the photo, Sharyn. I'd never thought of tying a plant down in its pot. Now I'll do it for my Cathy Beck which I just repotted in choir mix (my first stab at choir).

LOL Norm: I'm not taking any chances of this one flying across the room! I found that elastic gift cord works great on holding in little plants. It's soft enough so as not to cut into the plant and it doesn't get loose like regular cord. Ask someone to buy you a present so you can recycle the gift cord.
