| 5b) Intermediate category.......... OK - I'll go first and get my effort behind me for this month. Did a little playing around with a new camera this afternoon - checked out (among other things) a noid phal my daughters purchased for me at Christmas. It had two spikes when I received it. After blooming for a few months it was auto-subspiking - I chopped the original spikes off at the ground level and immediately it sent up another NEW spike. Following are close-ups of the center area of this white phal with pink centers. ![]() A different view ![]() And one last attempt - straight on this time - also cut back on the exposure slightly so you can see the sun glistening on the white petals ![]() |
