Damned taxonomists!

I thought it was encyclia > prosthechea > anacheilium. I did realize they backed-off.

I don't really care; it's still a neat plant, no matter what you call it.

Can I still post photos (today) for the July contest since the site was down the past 2 or 3 days?

If I post them in July & they're not judged due to the date can they be switched into the August photos?

as the site was down for a few days I will close the July contest in 24 hours but I will also create the August Comp thread.

I don't know the current status o=f the research/publication on this. I know that Anacheilium has appeared in books. Currently though Prostechea is what accepted for the purposes of registering hybrids.

as soon as I am made aware of the winners I will issue the awards and post the category winners
