| I just let everybody know about my case in connection "Mr" Patrick Nanau alis "soltrad". I ordered from him an orchid. I sent him 140 USD for the plant more than 2 month ago. I haven't received my plant yet. I sent him may mails. Seems he doesn't want to answer my questions.I'm a little angry. Mr. Nanau has stolen 140 USD from me for "nothing". |

| I would still try using the Better Business Bureau. Give them the name of the sight, the E-mail and name of the person you tried to contact and a brief description of the transaction of your purchase. They may be able to contact them for you. |

| dodobaby, If you live in Hungary and you ordered orchids fron a grower in the United States, there are some things you shoulkd know. The selling of orchids across international borders is heavily controlled by an international trade treaty called CITES and requires permits and permissions that may take months to obtain from government officials. If I understand correctly, obtaining CITES permits can take 3-6 months. There may also be import permits required by your government which may take time as well.
