Where to buy orchid flasks online ?

Hi,

I live in France where there are no orchid flasks labs. I'd like to buy some from countries around (belgium, UK, the netherlands, germany...) to minimize shipping costs. Could you give me some interesting sites - cheap ones if possible - from which I could order the flasks ?

Be aware that any international shipping of orchids may require CITES permits and other import or export forms. Do not simply send a flask internationally. While flasks do not require CITES they still require other permits and may be subject ot other restrictions from your home country. Know the laws regarding orchid importing in your home country.

I know it is important to find out what is your countries law about importing orchids.
I do have the necesary permits to ship internationally.

When you ship flask CITES is not requiered as they are exempt from it, the only requiere PHYTOSANITARY permit. Once you take them out of the flask CITES is necesary I also have CITES permits.

As for importing them to the USA as long as it is not a comercial import (Less than 12 plants or flask) there is no import permit requiered. Geting an importrs permit is also really easy and cost only $75 for one or two years.

As for Canada an import permit wich cost $35 is always needed.

Australia is really hard the need a 3 moth quarenteen in wich is almost sure the plants dies (so I've heard and had this problem with Australian friends)

As for UK, France and other parts of Europe a never had any problem but I am not rally aware of what the law said.
