Aspasia lunata - 1 month

It's a month and two days since my Aspasia came in. I've left it in the same bark that it came in from Orchard Hill.

No new spikes. No new bulbs. But the roots are looking happy and I'm pleased.

Wow! Your plant is a lot bigger than mine! Mine hasn't shown any growth either, but it is forming buds! They're getting bigger-SLOWLY! Your plant looks great. Keep watching where the leaves are attached to th pseudobulb. That's where the buds come out.
BTW- It's Oak Hill.

Norm, your plant looks great, lots of leads, lots of buds to expect. I know they like tight pots and yours looks exactly the way I was hoping mine would. My Aspasia is elongated, not tightly fit (I hope that made sense) and seems to me that the pot is almost too big for the plant.

I too, didn't repot this or the other one I got from Oak Hill, an Encyclia which is doing tremendously. Their bark is outstanding. I'm thinking of ordering some from them, I love it that much.

Keep us posted!
