In my opinion these are ready. I make it a habit to remove keikis immediately when I can I dentify them as keikis so as to prevent the parent from putting energy into these instead of growing stronger bulbs or blooming, and throw them away. But, if I miss the start, and there are some roots, even the slightest amount, I will stick all into the same pot and just leave them there until they grow a little, then pot them separately and give them away.
