That will depend upon how close it was to getting enough light earlier. It could probably take all an east window could give - right up near the window - as long as there was a little air movement to cool the leaves as noon approached. This time of year (depending upon where you live) lots of medium or high light plants can take most of what a south window will provide - certainly where I live in the pacific northwest. Just keep an eye on it when you have full sun and make certain it doesn't get too hot (the rays of the sun can be intensifed as they pour through a glass window) - into the mid to late spring and summer it would probably need to be moved back a few feet. I would think with increased light you still could have a chance for it to spike - most of these plants certainly teach us perserverance and patience. :-) Enjoy - mike
