sesame seed like formings on roots

I am very new to orchid caring, I got my first two phals yesterday. There seemed to be nothing wrong then, but today, I noticed that one of the plants had plenty of something that looked like sesame seeds on the roots that come out of the pot's holes. I am afraid that they might be some kind of pest, but I do not know what kind these might be and I need help to define them so that I could take care of them.
Please help me!
