I think there are few chances for survival
A picture could help for an accurate information .
If you are able to isolate the living part and the disease is not spread all over, your plant may produce a keiki(baby plant) after a while.That means surgery by removing the dead part and a little more, using a sterile tool. Sterilize by heat or bleach (chlor) not alcohol!There is somewhere a thread on this topic with more details. But, from the surgery to the keiki and than a mature blooming plant is a long way: about 2 years! Aniko |
