Hi and welcome. I too am a new member and live in Illinois - COLD AND DRY right now. I only have several Phals., a cattleya and a couple dendrobiums. I just ordered a couple of new plants and am excited over this great site. I've already learned more in a few days than I could learn sitting at the library for weeks.
