Looks like a phal-type dendrobium hybrid. Too many of them to be able to give an ID. As far as the culture is concerned, go to
AOS | Home and get a Dendrobium culture sheet. This culture sheet is geared toward phal-type hybrids. Do not confuse a phal-type dendrobium with a Phal )Phalaenopsis). They're completely different orchids.
