| Missann that was not me. I think it was maybe Brooke??? Not sure now. I've only used neen oil on my Cyms. and they don't mind it a bit since they are so hardy.
I've read too that it could be from lack of minerals that causes chlorosis. Then again I get some yellow spots on my Cym. leaves when they get infected with scales and when you wipe off the scales, there's the spots. Although I don't think that's what's going on with your Phal.
Hopefully someone with more experience will come a long to advise you. Sorry I couldn't answer your question.
