| A few months back I accidently (is there any other way????) snapped a spike on a Phal so it was barely still attached. I was so mad at myself! but it is part of the learning curve when dealing with lights. I used the only thing I had handy - scotch tape - and taped the spike back together, putting a clip over the tape for extra security. He went on to bloom anyway and I enjoyed eight nice flowers. A few have faded a little prematurely, but I was thrilled to have them at all. If it ever happens again it is worth a try!
The tape is to the right of the first flower.
