| They look like Paphs to me. I have several Paphs and they are growing but haven't rebloomed yet. Are yours putting out new leaves? If so maybe it isn't their time to bloom. I know that Paphs will bloom when they want.
Hopefully Kevin will add some input as he is the wonderful Paph guy!
