The most important thing is patience. It will be a year or more before it gets to looking good again.

Phals usually only grow one to three new leaves a year. As long as you have one or two good leaves, even if they are partially burnt, the plant can survive. I has taken a tremendous shock, so go easier than normal on the water and no fertilizer until you see some new growth. This can take a couple of months to begin.

Like I said a lot of patience.
