Yes, your Plant is a Phalaenopsis. Sorry to hear that it isn't doing too well, it sure has a nice bloom. I know how you feel when you care for two of the same plants the same, and get different results. I have two Phals. and one is doing really well, and my other is a Home Depot special that has been struggling from day one. Good luck with yours.
