The pseudobulbs look shriveled on yours. They didn't in the very beginning, but do in the first pics. of the mount. Maybe they aren't getting enough water on the mount?
I'm wondering if there could be root damage....? Mine sat for the longest time without doing anything, but it's had a smooth pseudobulb all-along... Hmmmmm....Maybe a water increase? I'm just taking a stab-I don't really know- Do you soak it when you water it?
