It's a mystery to me too. An orchid, of course can't have three parents, so this cross is probably (Den Kay's Choice x speciosum) x speciosum. It would probably be a good idea to ask before purchasing. As you're in New Zealand, you probably know speciosum well. It is native to Australia. Is it native to NZ as well? It's a big plant with somewhat starry flowers. And lots of them too.
