I have mine about two inches from cheapie shop lights. I'm thinking that whenever summer arrives the heat will make them grow (?) - we're not there yet! I believe they would prefer to be in the 80's or even low 90's for optimal growth conditions. Some of you may remember a link I gave early last year regarding advice for commercial phal growers -
