| Hummm I never thought of the roots not sticking to the shell. Hummmmmm I think I am just going to leave it alone and see what happens. If I notice that it doesnt seem to be doing any good I will repot it in a pot.
I also have two phalaenopsis that I mounted on a piece of wood.
It is alot easier to take care of since I dont over water and kill them.
I also have 3 in pots ( phals) but those seem to be doing fine.
