The venetian blind leaves are common with commercial growers that are often crowding the plant into too small a space to grow. It will not harm the plant and new leaves will look more normal for you.

The leaf tips are common and you can cut them or leave them it will not effect the health of the plant. If you do not like the way they look cut them.

The Cyms grow fast and yours seems ready for a bigger pot.
