Worm tea for the garden

Interestingly enough - my local nursery (which is a grower's nursery) advised me to use the worm tea on the Martha Washington geraniums I purchased recently. I'm advised that they DO NOT like much nitrogen. The zonal type geraniums don't seem to be fussy and I've used many different brands of fertilizer on them. The Martha's are a bit different.

Therefore, I'm expanding my use of the worm tea to some other garden plants. This will be a learning experience as I had a few problems last year using the worm tea on delicate flowers, like impatients and petunias. They hated it! The flowers curled up, turned brownish and looked awful. Of course, it may have had nothing to do with the worm tea, could have been a fusarium or fungal problem, but the flowers looked really BAD overnight after using the worm tea. So, I'm proceeding cautiously.

I know that many of you use the worm tea on your orchids, which is great, but what other plants are you using it for?
