From what I can see of the photo, I don't think your plant's in any serious danger. It looks like the terminal leaf has died off (aborted) for some reason. If no other leaves go this route you're probably just find to remove the dead leaf and let the plant continue on. If the point of growth has also died off this cane may not bloom but that won't cause any long-term harm to your plant.
