| Cyms won't bloom if
#1 - they are not getting enough light and this would be very hard to provide growing it indoors. Also, they really don't need a humid environment.
#2 - They need a temperature drop for several nights during the fall to initiate flower spikes, also very hard to do indoors.
#3 - your plant is so overpotted that it is spending it's energy making roots to fill the pot instead of flowering.
We really can't help you much more than that without knowing where you and your orchid live.
