| Probably time to depot your phals and examine all the roots and clean them up as needed. Depending upon what you find you may need to put them each in significantly smaller pots than the one they are currently in (if the roots are mostly gone). "IF" the roots are mostly gone, you would want to consider cutting your remaining spike activity at the base so that the plants can direct their energy into making new roots and keeping the leaf activity as healthy as possible.
Not sure from the pic, but the point you are noting on your dend might just be the next lateral growth along the media top - I have several dends that just keep sending up each new growth in about this location from the previous. |
