| You're right that the flower and tip of the leaf look sad, but (at least from the photos) it looks the leaves are rather healthy. I don't know if that's a camera trick, but they don't look dehydrated and do look firm and green. AOS has a general culture sheet for miltonia and miltoniopsis. Regular watering is important to keep them hydrated.
