I assume I should be splitting/repotting these but should I keep the roots outside the bark medium or cut them. I think I heard them being called air roots.

I pick up orchids that are past peak at my local Home Depot for a couple bucks and enjoy getting them to bloom again.

PS. Just did some renovations and I really need to dust my little guys off.
