| Norm, the leaf on that one Phal. should straighten out in time. I've got one Phal. whose top leaf also, would do the same thing. It would straighten out then flop again. So long as the leaves have substance and aren't too soft, nothing to worry about.
The Dend. CB can go into a 4" pot if that's the smallest size you have. Add more peanuts than you normally would and not just on the bottom of the pot. I would probably fill the pot 2/3 up with peanuts and the rest, bark. I've seen great results with s/h, especially Jay's but I find that Dends are happiest when dry, more so than Catts.
