Paph Dollgoldi (rothschildianum x armeniacum) will have leaves of maybe 10 to 14inches when mature, likes lots of light and cooler nights to help stimulate flowers. Very sort after plants, pretty expensive indeed.

Roths are generally large multiflorals and again need good light and will take up lots of space. The one you've mentioned is said to be more compact in growth, but Roths will still be quite big unlike the more compact parvi's.
