I am using Schultz's orchid mix soaked with worm tea on most of my chids right now. I have tried a couple other things, but I'm happy with this so-far. I add a
little chopped sphag on plants that need a little more moisture, like this one. I may change down the road, but for now, this is working for me.
I used some "ghost-poop" in the bottom for drainage- aka -packing styrofoam.
