These complex hybrids can get very "complex" indeed. I have a Odm. MachMose 'Sunglow' X Oda. Niamay 'Goldstrike' that is potted in fine Gublers orchid mix (fine bark and perlite) and I water it approximately once per week. It seems to like it and has bloomed several times in the year and a half I have owned it. When I repotted it last spring it actually ended up being TWO plants instead of one put into the original pot! One blooms with spots and the other blooms plain. A slightly different mix of genetics from the same parents. It is fairly light sensitive - too much light and it turns red really quick, so as Cynthia has suggested - low light like phals is probably going to be best. Enjoy! mike
