I have a similar plant I picked up in the grocery store last month. The blooms failed to open so they marked this way down on the price. I looked at the plant close and discovered it had two little spikes that just were starting out! I brought it home and nursed it along. Here's a pic of what I have blooming now. There are six flowers open now (three on each spike).

I am treating it like a the one Jerry has posted since I purchased that particular orchid as well several months back and it was a beautiful plant with flowers that last two months. It is now growing a new pseudobulb so I am hopeful of another spike early next year.
