I'm new to growing dens myself, so this is just my opinion (and anybody with more experience, please correct me if I stick my foot in my mouth...)
I think that you should leave that Cathy Beck right where it is for now. However,I think they grow pretty fast-- the pot does look a bit small and I'd plan on moving it in a few months. I am putting my C.B. in a similar size pot for now, but plan on moving it to a vanda basket as soon as it is a little bigger
