i wouldn't recommend for other Vanda. There are some Vanda terete type
that only grow on charcoal. Soil is not recommended for them. (therefore
experience really count). Vanda miss joaquim grow almost anywhere. On the wall
on the wood, on brick, on soil, in compost, ... That is why it is chosen as
state flower. It grows on you too...
