I see 2 things to address:

1) the spotting - is probably a bacterial of fungal spotting. You could treay with Physan and do increase the air circulation around the plant as good air circulation helps to prevent this sort fo leaf spotting.

2) the pleating - the rippled or pleated leaves is caused by underwatering during a particular phase of the plants growth. If, while the plant is growing, it is watered sufficiently the pleating will not occur. If, hile it is growing it gets too dry, the growth will pleat.

So: better air circulation and more even watering.
