Good pictures. It does sort of look like a keiki spike - it will be interesting to see what it does. I have a phal that recently shot out something similar right out of the center of the plant and I was told that is indeed what it was. It is now about two inches long and has yet to develop any significant leaves. Keep us posted as a learning experience. Looks like a healthy plant. mike
