| Thanks. One other thing- just in case it is of interest to anyone- I keep my orchids in an east facing room- most of them on the window sill. They are all in their plastic pots placed inside decorative terracotta pots with a layer of gravel in the bottom. These then sit in a window tray, also covered by a layer of gravel that I spray to aid humidity.
I have heard mixed stories about having orchids sitting ontop of a layer of gravel, so any comments would be gratefully appreciated!
