Okay here we go again, lol
I had a Catasetum orchid before but not anymore, It lost its leaves late last year, I stopped watering, but as soon as I saw it start new growth from an eye at the base I started to water. Boy was that it, it rotted with lightning speed. Now that I have done a bit of research, I read that water commences when the new growth is well on it's way. So I could resist purchasing a Wine Delight. Take a look at the pic below, it was taken today and has actually grown a bit since yesterday-when it was potted and WATERED. My question is, did I water too early? |
