The fertilizer is still an issue in my mind. If I added fertilizer to plants that were not being soaked, some of it would cling to the potting medium as I watered. Some would still be left when it was time to fertilize again. But with soaking it seems like I'd be diluting the fertilizer down to zero, and plants would not get as much 'food.' |
