| If she maintains a list of her orchids in a computer file, maybe you can sneak a copy of it. Then take that with you to an orchid nursery, as per Mike's suggestion, and see if there is a plant that fits her typical on the list, but is one that isn't on the list, and maybe a very new hybrid, if that is her cup of tea, or a newly discovered species, if she is into that.
