Should I be concerned?

I have a large specimen Oncidium maculatum that is in bloom. I have noticed a few areas of clear sticky fluid on both the leaves and the flower spike. They look like drops of clinging water but are very sticky when touched/removed. I see no bugs of any kind on the plant, but have removed it to another location until I figure out what is going on and what to do about it. Any help/ideas appreciated.

Thanks,

Cathy
